Generate continuous heating and isothermal heating transformation diagrams with precision and speed.
CHT Gen uses the DANTE material database transformation kinetics and DANTE material models to generate continuous heating diagrams (CHT) and isothermal transformation heating diagrams (TTTH). Carbon in solution, carbon in carbide, carbide size, initial phase composition, and alloy variation from the nominal composition can all be considered. CHT and TTTH generation use the same Material definition.
CHT Gen uses DANTE’s transformation kinetics and material models to generate CHT and TTTH diagrams. It can incorporate:
CHT and TTTH processes share a unified configuration framework:
CHT Gen outputs heating transformation information essential for process design, material evaluation, and simulation input, allowing users to understand phase evolution during heating.
Control settings allow users to:
Both CHT and TTTH use the same material and control definitions, ensuring consistent modeling and reliable generation of diagrams for a wide range of heating conditions.
