Heat Treatment Process Simulator (HTP Sim) is a standalone software tool for simulating heat treatment processes, while considering geometry, equipment, and process settings. Simulation results include hardness, carbon, carbide, nitrogen, nitride, metallurgical phases, and temperature over the entire process. HTP Sim can be used to develop or verify recipes, optimize existing recipes, avoid rework, and reduce furnace times, etc.
